Kromah, stood alongside a determined group of medical and non-medical volunteers, each holding a certificate that represented more than completion, it marked a commitment to serve. Across River Gee County, where access to care is limited, these individuals have already begun delivering support through outreach missions in villages, towns, and remote areas. Even as the clinic building remains under construction, the impact is real and growing. This moment reflects a movement rooted in purpose, where training turns into action and service reaches those who need it most.

In remote Guo Nwolailai District, women say they walk more than three hours to the only functioning clinic, with some forced to give birth on the roadside, as a community-built health center in Palakwelleh Town remains unfinished after seven years despite being just steps away from serving over 17,000 residents.
