I feel like I lived a million lives this past month 😅
When people (myself included) post recaps like this or anything on social media, it’s a highlight reel. Everything looks incredible but that’s not always the reality.
This month I did have lots of incredible moments, but also a lot of lows with my mental health, body image and relationship to my body coming off of a really bad chronic pain flare.
It’s been a crash course in ways I can honor my body even further: resting when I need it and making the most of the times I feel good.
Excited to see what August brings 🦋
Had some really powerful breathwork and 1:1 client sessions this month. Really proud of my clients vulnerability and willingness to meet themselves 🥹
The month started off still coming off my worst pain flare and tbh, I’m still just finally coming out of it. So lots of time was spent in bed with this snuggly girl. Not quite feeling back to normal yet but feeling SOO much better and I’m immensely grateful for that.

Exploring new trails (and sniffs) with my bestie girl
I thoucht the kindness jar at this restaraunt was so thoughtful (& needed!)
Had a girls day with some friends I’ve had since pre-school. We played Harry Potter trivia & laughed so hard it felt like middle school all over again. My inner child felt so freaking happy & blessed to have cultivated lasting friendships like these where we can just be kids again no matter how old we get🫶🏻
Networking with other incredible women in my community
My pain flare has had me really down on myself lately and frustrated with my body. I bought this swimsuit intending to return it because it’s very out of my comfort zone but instead I rocked the s**t out (if I do say so myself) and did a little photoshoot. 10/10 recommend I felt so empowered and reconnected to my essence after 🫶🏻
