According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, while women make up nearly 75% of total employment in hospitals, men are significantly underrepresented in many crucial roles. In nursing, just 12% of professionals are male. Among physician assistants, men account for just 31% of the workforce.

WE NEED MEN IN HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONS!

Here at Standard, we see the gaps and shortages, and the lack of men stresses the healthcare system overall. We are aiming to fill those gaps by offering healthcare training for men specifically and especially.
