During the pandemic, I had the opportunity to work with hundreds of patients who were struggling with symptoms of post-COVID-19 infection, and long-covid. During this time, I learned how to augment my patients' recovery process, to decrease and sometimes eliminate the troubling symptoms of long-covid, and help my patients regain energy, regulation, and cognitive function.

I wish all of you a bright and joyful 2020! 2019 was a year of leveling-up for me, having taken 4 craniosacral classes, was a Teaching Assistant at 2 classes, all Upledger. Taught some lovely massage students about CST at a local massage school, and continued to practice consistent self-care.
I've set some powerful and realistic goals for 2020 and beyond, that include health, growth, and further deepening my CST practice.

Just finished a magnificent cranio class called "The Brain Speaks 1", which was a journey into brain anatomy. FUN! And even better, to take this class with my friend and employer Natalie Bledstein, a deeply gifted CranioSacral Therapist and OT. Am looking forward to applying these new techniques, and was awesome to share healing space with many of my cranio friends!

Emily & Natalie spent the last four days deepening their skills in supporting brain function with Craniosacral Therapy! Looking forward to applying this info in sessions! Would you like to come in and see where this work takes you? Let us know!
