Licensed Massage Therapist opening
Want to jump into an already established practice, with clients waiting to get on your schedule? We would love to add a massage therapist to our team who not only has the ability to give an excellent massage, but also has great communication skills that fit our clientele & team. Understanding the mechanics of the body is a must, but having the ability connect with the client and use your intuition is also part of the client’s healing.
Sadly, one of our long-term massage therapists is leaving the clinic to go back to school, leaving you a full time practice. If you only want a part-time position, we urge you to apply as well, as we can split it between 2 people if needed.
Whether you've been practicing massage therapy for decades or just graduated from massage school, we welcome all levels of experience. We offer autonomy in your work, and we want our practitioners to be happy, healthy, and knowledgeable about the services they offer. We strive to create an atmosphere where everyone feels supported and excited about the work they do.
Healing Path Holistic Medicine Clinic is a beautiful, inviting, well established practice, located in Milwaukie. The clinic has a welcoming environment for practitioners with spacious rooms for you to practice your art of massage therapy. Our mission is to offer the community accessible care that embraces the power of natural healing.
Responsibilities:
• Brief history taking
• Creating appropriate patient treatment plans
• Maintain quality SOAP notes
• Referrals to outside providers as needed
• Request authorizations when needed
• Able to arrive 15mins prior to shift to get prepared, grounded, for the hands-on healing patient care.
• Adhering to protecting a peaceful and healing environment for our clients and staffing environments.
Our ideal candidate:
• Friendly and team oriented
• A good communicator with co-workers and patients
• Has current license and malpractice insurance
• Some weekend availability required.

• Job Type: Full time or part time. Independent contractor, unless this is your only massage job, we can get you on payroll after a couple of months.
• Pay: 60% of collected fees.
