Been a while since my last post. Honestly, I've been living down in antartica and the available food isn't exactly post worthy. It's been two days since my return to the states and I'm in produce section overload!
A breakfast style loaded sweet potato was just what I needed. Filled with fresh fruit, peanutbutter, fat free yoghurt, and a sprinkle of Flax granola.

Focaccia is absolutely my favorite bread! Especially when it's made with vital-wheat gluten and cassava flour. Each serving is high in protein and low in carbs, where the carbs present come from healthy sources with good fiber and nutrients. Guilt-free bread that fuels an active lifestyle 😋

Homemade spicy garlic-dill Pickles.! So fresh and so easy.. it's kinda a big Dill 😜
Mini cucumbers
Fresh Dill
Garlic cloves
2cp rice vinegar
2cp water
2tbs Sea salt
2tbs honey
1tbs Chili flakes
1tbs mustard seed
1tbs Fennel seeds . place the Cucumber, Dill, garlic, and spices in a Mason jar. Bring the remaining ingredients to a boil. Pour the brine into the jar and let sit in the fridge for a couple days. They should be good to eat right away, or wait longer for a deeper flavor.
