Roll & Release empowers you to understand your body better and learn how to care for your tired muscles.

This week we're focusing on our LOWER BACK.

We use our back every day to bend, twist, and carry. Our lower back supports our upright posture while seated at a desk and as we stand in line for groceries.

With the guided use of therapy balls and extended yin yoga stretches, this session will help release tension from our lower back so we can move more easily and freely.

Limited online schedule this week, but more chances to catch me in person!

I'll be at HUM Yoga + Barre on Tuesday at 9:30 AM for Roll & Release. Then, catch me on Wednesday at Flora Room for Mat Pilates at 4:30 PM and at Mudita Wellness for Roll & Release at 6:30 PM I'll be back at Flora Room on Thursday for my usual weekly classes at 5:30 and 7:00 PM.

Next week, we'll be back to our usual livestream lineup.
