We have beautiful large windows, on street level in a quiet area, vaulted ceilings, hardwood and granite flooring. Large beautiful paintings by . here, owner, I’ve decided to transition to rentals after thinking the last year. I’m a q***r fat, nonbinary, disabled person with now a physical disability and I can better serve people in the salon this way with hopes of helping to maintain, a safe space for as many people to come together to work and enjoy getting their nails done. We want it to be affordable but alas we are tied to the rent of the building and the price of the utilities, that really sets prices, unfortunately. We offer the lowest rental in the whole area by far, and negotiable because you know not capitalist here just trying to survive.
