I do not teach this class, but I teach at HUM, so I can tell you it will be a great class! :)

Farm Yoga is BACK!! Mondays from 4:30-5:30pm starting June 1 through August!! Bring a mat or blanket, water, and maybe some sunscreen? ☀️☀️ and grab some produce at Monday Farm Stand after class! 🥬🌶️

Join us for an illuminating practice exploring the three essential forces of nature within yoga and within ourselves.

Through movement, awareness, and reflection, we’ll learn to recognize the ever-changing states of:
🔥 Rajas — the active, rising force
🌿 Tamas — the grounding, heavy force
☀️ Sattva — the balanced state of ease and harmony (sukham)

As these energies shift throughout our lives and practices, we gain a deeper understanding of how to work with them rather than against them.
