🇺🇸 Did You Know?
National School Lunch Week was officially established on October 9, 1962, when President John F. Kennedy signed a Joint Resolution of Congress recognizing the vital role of healthy school meals in the lives of America's children.
More than 60 years later, that mission is stronger than ever. Every school day, nearly 30 million students are served nutritious meals that help fuel learning, growth, and success in the classroom.
This National School Lunch Week, October 12–16, celebrate the importance of healthy school meals with a fun-filled circus theme!
