Attention Tattooers! Green River tattoo is looking to hire a new full time artist. We’re looking for someone who thinks they might be the right fit to join our crew. We’re a group of driven, passionate, work focused individuals who like to have fun and make art together. We’ve always been focused on working with people who are good human beings as well as great artists. Minimum 3 years experience required, and must have a focus on professional work ethic in tattooing and painting. We’re not in a particular hurry to fill the spot, we’d just like to find the right person that clicks well with us and who can bring something cool to the shop and our crew as a whole. The shop will be closed this Friday, January 23rd for the ICE OUT OF MINNESOTA General strike. We stand in solidarity with our fellow Minnesotans against these violations of our rights by ICE. We stand with our immigrant friends and family. We’re tired of seeing these human rights violations every day. We will resume business and our normal walk in schedule this Saturday. Please everyone be safe out there. Enough is enough.

Exciting news! Our favorite apprentice is officially tatttooing now! She’s finished her 2 year apprenticeship and is now a full fledged Tattooer. We’re all extremely proud of her and the progress she has made. Give her a follow, check out her work, and get tattooed by her. Tomorrow is the big day! is having its second birthday party, and this time it’s an actual party! Doors open at 12pm with snacks and drinks available, and for the party people the keg gets tapped at 4pm and we will have pizza as well. We’ll be hanging out/partying with yall all day until the wheels fall off. Parking will be sparse and hard to come by, so please uber/carpool/bike/skate/etc. We will have a selection of merch available for purchase. Green River couldn’t be what it is without every Tattooer, client, friend, and supporter. This is as much a day for us as it is for you. Come celebrate with us and let the good times roll! Also, feast your eyes on the cool door art painted by and the process of this mural designed by and painted by him and with a lil help and some photos from too. Better yet, come see all that and more that we’ve added to the shop tomorrow!

Printed on high end LA Apparel Hoodies with a design made for our two year anniversary by our very own talented homie and printed by our good friends over these will be released at our Two Year anniversary party! Due to the limited run and higher quality materials these are available for $80, and are the nicest quality merch we have produced thus far. Available through cash or Venmo in shop ONLY. Make sure to snag one while you can as supplies are limited. Hope to see yall there!

Attention!!! Come celebrate another year of our wonderful shop with us! This year we wanted to do something a little different and celebrate our awesome staff and amazing clients instead of spend the whole day making tattoos. We’re hosting a big ol party at the tat shack so we can all hang and have some good times. Doors open at 12 and close when we’re damn well ready. Drinks and snacks/food will be provided. Keg gets tapped at 4pm! Come through and hang, talk, eat, laugh, roast each other, and kick back with us. This is as much of an anniversary party as a customer appreciation party.
