Many questions remain unanswered around the news that the federal government will defer funds to Minnesota. The Minnesota Home Care Association stands firmly behind efforts to detect and eliminate fraud within the Medicaid program. At the same time, access to needed and legitimate services must be protected. Legitimate providers must receive timely funding so that clients can continue to receive the care they desperately need. We will continue to advocate for continuity of care as the State of Minnesota faces overwhelming funding challenges. Members, stay tuned as we learn more!
