Flow Mechanical follows the pain to purpose story arc, and that’s what we want for you.
My personal journey led me through decades of pain, disempowerment, and searching.
When I discovered fascia and learned how to care for my body as the super-intelligent wetsuit it is, everything changed.
As my fascia improved, a spark lit up in my soul. Not only could I manage my own pain and rewrite patterns of poor posture and movement, I could rearchitect my body to be more adaptable, strong, and fluid. And I would teach others what I’d learned!
First I learned flow-state physiology from , then I learned fascial maneuvers from and the science from .
Then I used my background in product design to build a tool to support the process. What process is that? The path to increased body awareness, more emotional capacity, and the strength and energy to act. In a word: Attunement.
Flow Bands have supported my journey of fascial awareness and building strength into functional movement patterns. Now, at 40 I feel more capable than ever.
Flow Mechanical is the vehicle I’ve built to share this knowledge with you. We don’t make fitness gear - we make tools to tune the instrument of you.
