2nd Portal gathering was wonderful!

We’re building a creative community from the ground up.
Come be a part of something special:

Once a month, we get together to share our thoughts and ideas about being an artist, creator or healer,
We start off with run some group exercises to loosen up and get the creative juices flowing and then we immerse one another in “group self-expression”

Our goal is to empower one another with positive reinforcement, listening and spreading joy through art and grub on snacks while listening to music.

We meet once a month and any one is welcome!

Our next meetup is this Wednesday evening at Odigo Wellness

PORTAL is like a support group for artists, healers and creators—entrepreneurs, teachers, visionaries…

A place where one can come and be around like-minded individuals to share their stories, where their journey is OR not share and just soak up some good vibes.

In the future, we plan to put on pop-up events, but during this phase, we feel it’s important to begin with a solid foundation of community building—gaining feedback from you and drawing inspiration from those who we hope to feature.

So come get involved!!!!!!
We’ll share insight with one another, eat some snacks and share in a group art project—the event is from 7-9pm in the movement studio at Odigo Wellness .

Rooted in the decolonization of body and soul, our practice invites you to awaken to your own power and nurture the tender roots of self-love. Offered in both English and Spanish, this class is a gentle call to community—a place where isolation fades and connection blooms.

As part of Amor Propio, a nonprofit dedicated to weaving mental health support into the fabric of our lives, we welcome you to join us with a humble offering of $10–25 per session. Together, let us move, heal, and rise.

Nuestra primera clase de Zumba fue divertido para todes.

Ahora que estamos saliendo de un invierno muy difícil, estamos aprendiendo que Zumba y otras practicas de movimiento en comunidad son importantes para nuestra salud mental.

Como cantamos una y otra vez:

“Solo vivimos una vez!!!”

Nuestra clase de Zumba con Claudia Laguna repite cada mes, en el Segundo Viernes, a las 7pm.

As we slowly start to emerge from a very hard winter, we’re learning just how important Zumba and other group movement practices are to our mental health.

As Claudia had us singing over and over again:

This is a 60-minute class that will allow you to rest and restore your mind & body.

This is a donation-based class and all the proceeds will go to .apoyo —a local organization, that provides free mental health care to the Latino community.

Sliding scale entry starts at $5, but you have the option to donate more at checkout.

This is event is a part of Odigo’s “ No One Turned Away” campaign so do not hesitate to show up and pay what you can or at absolutely NO COST .

Our first “Portal” went fantastic!

A great opportunity to hear from some of healers, creators and artist—a chance to unwind, express thoughts and feelings and encourage one another.

Portal is a monthly pop-up series for artist, creatives and healers, here at Odigo Wellness.

We want to empower our Minneapolis community by giving them the opportunity to display their talents, share their stories and promote their work.

This is event will take place place every 4th Wednesday evening of the month at 7pm.

We’re building this from the ground up—starting off the first few with just simple mingling, group projects and opening the floor to all the attend to share their thoughts and vision for the future.

Please come and shine your light!

We’ll provide some tunes, some snacks and activities to get the creative juices flowing.

Bring any sort of promotional material or products that you wish to share and all ideas the you hope to see manifested in this space.

We’re here for you!
