Odigo welcomes Sara Singh of Art of Shakti for a new weekly Traditional Kundalini Yoga practice beginning September 5th.
Sara came to this work through her own experience of Kundalini awakening, her studies in Rishikesh, India, and the years of practice that followed. Through that journey, she discovered how systematic traditional Himalayan yogic techniques can ground awakening, support nervous system balance, and create meaningful inner transformation.
Founded in 2022, Art of Shakti has grown into an international online spiritual community devoted to the lived path of Kundalini awakening while honoring the traditions from which these practices come. This September, the practice finds a new home in Minneapolis at Odigo.
Each practice works with the breath, body, chakras, nadis, and subtle energy to meet what we carry beneath the surface — held emotion, tension, samskaras, conditioning, and deeper energetic patterns. Through breath, movement, stillness, and focused awareness, these layers can gradually soften, release, and integrate.
But release itself is not the destination.
The deeper invitation is to loosen what obscures our deeper nature — leaving us lighter, more inwardly free, and more connected with the peace, stillness, and bliss that Yoga points toward as our true nature.
There is no need to chase extraordinary experiences. The path is steady practice, direct experience, and allowing transformation to unfold in its own time.
Each 60-minute practice concludes with sound and energy healing in Shavasana.
