We are thrilled to offer a brand new Property Manager Career Pathway here at PPL!

This pathway will prepare participants for roles in property management and compliance within the affordable housing sector. Responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of housing communities while helping ensure residents have stable and well-maintained homes and access to a variety of resources.

- Classes will run from July 27, 2026 - November 11
- Classes will be held Mon.-Thurs. from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. and are primarily in person
- Participants must have one year of customer service experience and a driver’s license

🎓Year 3 of the David Sam Scholarship is now OPEN! 🌟

We’re proud to continue our commitment to supporting Native youth by offering the David Sam Scholarship for a second third in a row! ❤️🧡

This year, we are proud to expand the scholarship from one recipient to TWO recipients:
⭐ One $500 scholarship for a graduating high school senior who is planning to pursue college, trade school, or other post-secondary education.
⭐ One $500 scholarship for a current college, secondary, or trade school student continuing their education

✨ About David Sam (Amik) David was Anishinaabe from the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe, a respected leader, teacher, spiritual advisor, and language keeper. He was also an outdoorsman and a cherished Makizinataagewin instructor. We were honored to work with him at Nashke Games, and his legacy lives on in our work and this scholarship. 🪶🧠
