Minneola Pharmacy is partnering with MedSense Health in order to enhance our clinical services! Through this partnership, qualified Medicare beneficiaries will receive a blood pressure monitor at no cost! Those patients will then be able to track their blood pressures from home with the smart monitor that records every reading automatically. This information will also be sent to the pharmacist at Minneola Pharmacy who can help provide blood pressure monitoring and ongoing medication adherence support. A representative from MedSense Health should be reaching out soon. For any questions or concerns, please contact us here at the pharmacy!!!!

Medicare Open Enrollment is coming up soon! Minneola Pharmacy partners with a company called Amplicare to help us find Medicare Part D plans that work for you! Normally, we do not opt to have them contact our customers, but occasionally, messages slip through the cracks! We just want to assure you that this company is legitimate, we just opt out of their direct communications to avoid any confusion.

They will begin their consent outreach on September 9 for eligible patients who haven’t already provided consent. The consent calls will come from our pharmacy phone number, so patients will see our pharmacy on the caller ID. Again, this company is legitimate and it will not affect our ability to work with you if you choose to ignore them!!!

The text messages will come from 817-242-5261 and will direct patients to NavigateMyCare, the patient portal associated with our pharmacy. There you can review your Medicare plan options with you drug list automatically uploaded. Patients who haven’t provided consent won’t receive these messages.
