Build it each day. Start with a small practice you can commit to. Maybe it’s going to bed earlier or waking up earlier. Maybe it’s committing to morning quiet time. Maybe it’s getting on your mat for 10 minutes a day or being out in nature.
Set your intention. Write it down. Commit to it.
Notice how you feel after a few weeks of shifting your daily practices and routines.
Then gradually take more steps forward with making small changes.
Your body and mind will thank you over time.
