A reminder for you. There is always a path forward in healing your body and mind.

It can feel challenging at times, but remember to take it one day at a time. One step at a time.

Small, gradual steps are the way to start.

Build it each day. Start with a small practice you can commit to. Maybe it’s going to bed earlier or waking up earlier. Maybe it’s committing to morning quiet time. Maybe it’s getting on your mat for 10 minutes a day or being out in nature.

Set your intention. Write it down. Commit to it.

Notice how you feel after a few weeks of shifting your daily practices and routines.

Then gradually take more steps forward with making small changes.

Your body and mind will thank you over time.

Traveling is exciting and wonderful. But BEing Home is so great. Morning walks with this girl are part of my daily routine and rituals.

Daily routines and practices keep us grounded and calm. They let our body and mind know what to expect each day, which gives us a sense of peace and ease.

Whatever your morning practices are, whether it’s reading, movement, breathwork, Yoga, sitting in a silence, journaling, taking pause...

Stay committed and consistent with them.

Watch how those practices then become habits.

Those habits then become a part of your daily life and are non- negotiable.

Over time, you will notice the effects in your body and mind.
