The folks I’m working with at the University of Minnesota, Department of Neurology shared this article with me. I think I should share it with you as well!

Tai Chi may ease motor symptoms and improve physical function and quality of life in people with early to mid-stage Parkinson’s disease.

I feel both excited and amazed that, over 25 years, I have been able to share 300 stories, reflections, lessons, and experiences with you. Each newsletter has given me the opportunity to reflect on life, tai chi, health, friendship, and the many wonderful people I have met along the way.

🌱 Don't let slow progress fool you.

"Some quit because of slow progress, never grasping the fact that slow progress is progress."

One of the greatest lessons Tai Chi teaches us is patience. Improvement doesn't happen overnight. It's built one practice at a time, one movement at a time, one day at a time.

Some days you'll feel like you're making great strides. Other days, it may seem like nothing is changing. Keep showing up. Every practice brings you one step closer to becoming a little better than you were yesterday.

💬 Have you ever looked back and realized how much progress you'd made, even though you didn't notice it at the time? Share your experience in the comments!

😊 What if the secret to a better day was simpler than you think?

Tai Chi won't remove every challenge from life.

But it can help you calm the mind, reduce stress, improve balance, and approach life with a little more peace and a little less worry.

Sometimes the greatest benefits of practicing Tai Chi show up during your daily life...

✨ Worry less. Smile more.

💬 Has Tai Chi helped you become calmer, happier, or more balanced? Share in the comments!
