We knowwww… that back crack feels SO good.

But there’s a difference between twisting until something pops and a chiropractic adjustment.

When you repeatedly crack your own back, you’re usually moving the joints that already move easily — which may not be the area that actually needs attention.

Your chiropractor evaluates how your spine is moving and uses a specific, controlled adjustment when appropriate.

So yes… we know you’re still going to be tempted. But maybe leave the adjusting to us.
