As we prepare for Ward County 4-H 2026 Achievement Days, please make arrangements for your member(s)’ Exhibit Tags (aka: Entry Cards) and review the following:
Exhibit Tag Pick-Up
• Exhibit Tags must be picked up at the Extension Office, 900 13th Street SE, Minot, ND 58701
o between 8 am and 4:30pm, June 5 through by noon on June 11
Project Changes and Scratches
• If a project will not be completed or exhibited, please return the corresponding Exhibit Tag to the Extension Office
• Notify the Extension Office of all scratched projects no later than noon on June 11
Live Animal Show Entries do not receive Exhibit Tags
• Beef
• Dairy
• Goat
• Horse
• Pets
• Poultry
• Rabbits
• Sheep
• Swine
Note: Beef, Dairy, Goat, Horse, Sheep, and Swine required Static Interview Judging does receive an Exhibit Tag
Attaching Exhibit Tags
Please securely attach an Exhibit Tag to each exhibit, along with any required project labels or note cards. Tags should be clearly visible to judges while avoiding damage to the exhibit.
Recommended attachment methods include:
• Clear packing tape (please do not use Scotch tape)
• Safety pins
• Rubber bands
• Yarn, jute, or string
• A heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag with a hole punched through it and securely tied to the exhibit
Projects with Multiple Pieces
If an exhibit contains multiple pieces (for example, a display board and an attached item), please label each piece numerically (e.g., “1 of 2,” “2 of 2”)
