If you feel like you’re somehow walking between versions of yourself… I want you to know you are not alone. Sometimes transformation feels messy, disorienting, emotional, deeply tender. Be gentle with yourself.
Over the next weeks and months, many of us may not be shown the whole staircase. Only the next aligned step.
The old way of operating was built around certainty, strategy, prediction, and control. This transition asks us to trust inner knowing before external proof arrives.
Relationships may shift.
Plans may dissolve.
Parts of your identity may no longer fit.
Your soul is asking you to walk from deeper embodiment.
A few gentle reminders if you’re moving through this:
🤍 The mind is a beautiful tool—but it cannot always map rapidly changing terrain. If you keep trying to “figure everything out,” you may create more anxiety than clarity.
🤍 Your body often knows first. Notice what expands you, what contracts you, where tension lives, what feels safe, what suddenly feels deeply misaligned.
🤍 Discernment matters. Not every emotional wave is “guidance.” Sometimes it’s nervous system activation asking for grounding, hydration, rest, movement, breath, and support.
🤍 If you feel overstimulated, simplify everything. Less scrolling. More nature. More silence. More protein. More water. Bare feet on earth. Real conversations.
🤍 If grief is surfacing, let it move. Sometimes timeline shifts are simply identity deaths asking to be honored.
🤍 If reality feels strange, anchor in what is physically true right now: “I am here.”, “My body is safe.”
And if your nervous system feels overwhelmed, please remember: grounding comes before meaning-making.
Sending love to everyone navigating big inner shifts right now 🤍
