Beth has been my client for 2 1/2 years. She came to me as a mom of two little ones with major food allergies, newly diagnosed hypothyroidism and wanting to lose 35 or so pounds. Her real dream, though, not knowing if it would come true, was to have another baby. For the next couple of years, she worked really hard being consistent in the gym and changing eating habits despite the challenges of working around all of her allergies. Getting pregnant again was always in the back of her mind. She ended up reaching all of her goals, lost 35 pounds, got super fit and as soon as she did that, she was blessed with her biggest wish…to have another baby. Little Hannah Rose is due on June 14. I am so honored to have been a part of her journey and watch all of her wishes come true. Congratulations, Beth! ♥️

It’s so satisfying to watch hard work and discipline pay off. This athlete, Kristen Bleakley, achieved a goal she set for herself by winning her first national tournament in Houston last week and on her first try! She won the gold in singles and silver in doubles. She really has done a lot of hard work on and off the court. So proud of you, Kristen and I can’t wait to see what you do next!
