‘Tis the season of preparing for things to come. During pregnancy, we worry so much about the birth and the baby’s room (both really important!), but we forget to plan for feeding.
Setting intentions, working through goals, and discussing how best to achieve them — and how to avoid pitfalls, but also how and when to pivot are some of the many things we do together during a prenatal consultation. The goal is not to have a plan set in stone. It’s to have an open, collaborative conversation about things to come, and to form a caring, knowledgeable partnership to get you there.
