We were honored to welcome HFMH ambassador Victoria Arlen to our new facility for a recent photoshoot!

Victoria Arlen is a Gold Medalist, TV host, author, motivational speaker, and mental health advocate whose story of resilience has inspired millions. After spending nearly four years in a vegetative state caused by rare neurological conditions, Victoria went on to become a world-class athlete, compete on Dancing with the Stars, and dedicate her platform to helping others through conversations surrounding mental health and healing.

Be sure to check out Victoria’s new book, The View Is Worth It, which shares her deeply personal mental health journey and message of hope. We are so grateful she spent time with our horses, facility, and team. We can’t wait to continue working together in the future!

Today marks the start of our 𝗔𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗖𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻! It was a beautiful day on the Cotton Valley Rail Trail. We had 4 students in our “Young Mens Group” and 13 students from Inter-Lakes Middle/High School plus 11 support staff/volunteers!

Check out the Geogrid system installation!

Geogrid is a ground stabilization system installed beneath gravel or footing to create safer, more durable surfaces in high-traffic areas. It helps prevent mud, ruts, and erosion while improving the longevity of paddock and driveway surfaces. It also plays an important role in drainage and runoff management by allowing water to move through the surface more effectively.

Due to the size of our roof footprint, the Town of Wolfeboro required a certain amount of permeable surface on the property. We chose to incorporate geogrid in some of our parking and roadway areas, as well as future horse run-outs.
