Progress does not always come with certainty. Sometimes it begins with simply choosing to keep moving, even when you are still figuring out what comes next. πŸ’›

Healing can take time, patience and the right support along the way. You do not have to understand the entire path before taking your next step.

We are here whenever you are ready.

"We're all people-pleasers."

One family's biggest breakthrough at Solstice wasn't just about healing individually, it was learning to set boundaries together.

No more staying quiet when something hurts, no more just saying what you think everyone wants to hear. It's hard to unlearn a lifetime of putting everyone else first, but as this mom shares, it's some of the most important work a family can do.

Anxiety can start quietly, but over time it may begin affecting your thoughts, sleep, relationships and daily routines. 🩡

When worry feels constant or starts getting in the way of everyday life, it may be time to look a little closer at what you are experiencing. You do not have to wait until things feel overwhelming before reaching out for support.

We are here to listen and help you find the next step.

Every parent wants to fix it when their child is struggling… Michelle just wasn't sure how, until she found Solstice.

She remembers her daughter curled up in a ball in her room. Today, she's out living her life, being a regular teenager again.

Her son says he can think clearly, be creative again, and feel less weighed down by his own mind.

Michelle's advice for anyone walking this path with someone they love is simple: remind them it's not their fault, remind them you're not going anywhere, and find people who actually understand β€” because no one should have to carry this alone.

Here's something we love reminding people of: a green bell pepper and a red bell pepper aren't really the same food to your body.

Different colors bring different gifts β€” different nutrients, different support. So next time you're building a plate, let it be colorful. Your gut will thank you.

Moving forward does not mean forgetting what you have been through. It means choosing hope, growth, and the belief that your story is still unfolding. πŸ’š

Every step forward, no matter how small, is a reflection of your resilience. With the right support, healing becomes less about the past and more about building the life you want for the future.

We are here whenever you are ready to take that next step.

Did you know that your gut and your brain are talking to each other right now? It’s through a nerve highway called the vagus nerve.

It's why the gut has earned the nickname "second brain." Feed it well, and your brain feels it. Feed it poorly, and your brain feels that too.

Depression is often misunderstood, and those misconceptions can make it harder for people to recognize what they are experiencing or feel comfortable reaching out. πŸ’™

It is more than sadness, it cannot simply be pushed through and it does not always look the way we expect. By understanding depression more clearly, we can replace judgment with compassion and make it easier for people to seek the support they deserve.

If life has been feeling heavier lately, we are here when you are ready.

There's something really hopeful in the research here: prebiotics and probiotics have been shown to actually support your mood, not in a vague "eat healthy, feel better" way, but in real, documented ways that affect the brain.

It's a gentle reminder that caring for your gut is caring for your whole self. Every fiber-rich meal is quietly feeding your brain too.
