What exactly am I looking for when I ask you to send in pictures before your appointment??

I use these pictures for a lot of things...

◾ Digital mapping - I use my ipad to map your features and figure out which shape, style, etc will work to add more symmetry to your face.

◾ Color selection - I get a sense of your skintone, natural hair color, and brow color in order to select the best pigments before your appointment.

◾ Skin type - Microblading, despite its popularity, is not the best solution for everyone. those with oilier skin types are advised to go with a powder or combination brow for longer lasting results. Getting an idea of your skin type beforehand helps me guide you towards the best service for you.

◾ Style - Pictures with brow makeup on show me how you typically like to wear your brows, how you feel most confident, the color you prefer and more! It helps me get to know you so I can best help 🙂

The healing process after getting your brows done is often quite a rollercoaster of emotions... Here are some of the reasons why and some of the things to be expected:

◾Day 1: Your brows are fresh, the perfect color and you're in love with your new look✨

◾ Days 2-4: The pigment on the top layer of skin had begun to oxidize due to contact with the air outside. Your brows may appear too dark, too striking, and a little bit scary. this top layer of pigment will soon shed for a lighter color to appear underneath.

◾Days 5-7: Your brows may start to get dry and scab, they may start to shed at this point. It is important to let this process happen naturally and to NOT PICK! ⛏️

◾Days 8-13: Your brows may play a disappearing act and all pigment may appear to be lost. Don't fret! This is your skin adjusting to the pigment and it will soon reappear.

◾Days 14-28: Your brows will have bounced back, the color should be reappearing and any that hasn't will be addressed at your touchup appointment.

◾ Day 41 or so: Your brows have been touched up and perfected. You are all set with your new "wake up and go" brows!💃💃💃

In 2018 our family adopted our little girl Olive and she absolutely changed our lives💕 When we got her I knew I wanted to do something to give back to not only her rescue but all other

I started TeagueXOlive, a small pet portrait shop on Etsy that would give back to local animal rescues.

To date, I have painted about 600 dogs, cats, bunnies, and more! I even got to paint the adorable .the.dalmation 😍😍😍
