We may also need new skills and tools to help us achieve the balance in our body and mind that keeps us healthy and able to make the changes we need to live healthier, happier and more successful lives. We might not have come with a manual but I can help guide you on the path and give you tools so that you understand yourself better than you ever have. Our mental state is defined by our beliefs. By the time we're four years old, 90 percent of our
beliefs have already been instilled in
our subconscious mind. A four-year old’s
perspective is very innocent, but
at the same time it's not exactly
correct, and those beliefs are the
breadcrumbs throughout our life. Many of my clients have experienced
emotional hardships during their
lifetime. The impact of those
experiences distort their personal view
of themselves where they are left
feeling unworthy, unlovable, not wanted, and not feeling good enough. I help people
navigate through these emotions. I provide tools and together we move forward and release those beliefs that are no longer of benefit to them. This purging allows my clients to live their authentic life.”

I lead with emotions because emotions usually trigger a physical response in the
body: pain, upset, depression, anxiety, feeling like you're stuck and unable to move, knowing that something's off, feeling that you're broken...all those negative things that we feel about ourselves can create pain within the body. It's the body's way of saying something's wrong, pay attention to me, I'm not in balance. I've helped people reach for their stars when they felt they were out of reach. Together we heal the inner child, we demolish blocks, we learn to trust our inner voice and use our intuition to love ourselves again and move past the pain and trauma from childhood. We can see things in a new, more uplifting, beneficial light.

As we exit from our summertime fun and activities and into new fall routines, we are being blessed with a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Pisces!

This dreamy time, highlighted by the full moon maybe asking us to revisit some old themes that are here for clearing and purging for a final completion! That is good news for us!!!

When looking for themes that are being revisited that are up for completion, look specifically at what was brought up last year around September and maybe with some heavy influence from around Sept. 4, 2025.

Since Full Moons represent completion of cycles and what we are desiring to let go so we can step into the next lunar cycle with a clean slate, you may be experiencing a lot of emotions. This is all good. If you take the time to allow the emotions to become your teacher, allowing them to show you what has or still needs to be healed so you can gather the golden nuggets of wisdom, it will help to release the emotion, the attachment to the story so that you can integrate the wisdom and keep moving forward on your path.

Since full moons signal to us a time to purge, what greater way to purge than floating in a warm pool or sitting pool side with the full moon rising and sound bowls gently playing in the background while receiving Reiki and Quantum Healing Energies to support you?!!!

Please join us for some time to release, relax and rejuvenate with your spirit on Friday August 28th from 7 – 8:30pm (this should give you plenty of time to come home, eat, grab your floatation device, towel, water and whatever else you may need to make you comfortable. If you are sitting at the edge of the pool, bring mat, pillow, blanket, water, crystals and whatever else you need to be comfortable.

We are asking for $44 dollars for this session to help offset the cost of heating the pool. If you cannot pay the $44 then please just make a donation in the denomination that you are comfortable with.

We will start at 7pm with a cacao blessing for those who want this to go along with our usual journal reflection time on what we are release and what we want to create in the next lunar cycle. Then we will throw our reflection into the fire to symbolize our intentions to release. At around 7:30 our sound bowls will start playing.
