We’ve had too many no-shows and last-minute reschedules, and unfortunately, it affects more than just our schedule. It takes an appointment away from another client who could have used that time.

We completely understand that life happens — things come up, emergencies happen, and we truly do our best to be understanding. 🤍

But please remember: your time is valuable, and so is ours. ⏰✨

We kindly ask that you please respect our 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy and make all appointments through our booking link with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Moving forward, we will no longer be rescheduling same-day or next-day appointments. Appointments missed or changed without proper notice will require a non-refundable deposit for your next booking, even if your previous appointment was already paid in full.

This policy isn’t meant to be harsh — it’s simply necessary for us to protect our time, our business, and our other clients. 💕
