When a patient visits me for headaches, I don’t immediately assume chiropractic care is the answer. 🩻
My first priority is to determine whether I can identify the problem, whether I can help, and whether my office is the right fit for that patient.

I begin with a detailed conversation about how often the headaches occur, how long they have been present, how they affect daily life, and what treatments have already been tried. 🔎

I then perform a thorough postural assessment along with objective testing of range of motion, functional strength, and neurological function.

When appropriate, I also take digital X-rays to confirm my findings and better understand what may be contributing to the headaches.

Once I have the necessary information, I can explain the problem clearly and discuss whether I can help, what care may involve, and how long improvement may take. 🌿
