Be Well Friends, unfortunately due to the Delta variant and Missoula's increased Covid cases, it's become important to start requiring masks in my office again. I always have clean cloth masks in my office if you need to borrow one. Thank you for your understanding and compliance.

Be Well Clients, there will no longer be a mask requirement in my office but I am happy to wear a mask (or two!) for anyone who would feel more comfortable in this way. Well, the good news is that the desire for Structural Integration is through the roof right now! The unfortunate news is that I'm currently unable to take on new clients. In this way, I'm able to schedule established clients within 6 weeks, and usually sooner. However, I am keeping TWO WAITLISTS!

One is for those seeking a 10-series. I have been able to start a few new clients on a 10-series journey every couple of months. At this rate, it is taking me at least 6 months to get someone in from when they are added to the list.

The other waitlist is for those looking for maintenance sessions, and I will turn to this list if I'm unable to fill a short notice cancellation or if my schedule opens up in general.

I am happy to add folks to one of these lists if you contact me via phone or email, and I greatly appreciate your patience. I think we can all agree that the magic of Structural Integration is worth the wait!

Dear Be Well clients, while Missoula County changed its mask requirement to a recommendation this week, I will still ask that we all wear masks for now, regardless of vaccination status. I will let you know when we can all be mask-free. Thank you for your understanding and compliance!

Sessions begin tomorrow! 🤗 All clients will receive this note the day before they come in.

To my dear clients, here are pre-session protocols and reminders to help keep us safe:

-If you have traveled in the last two weeks or have experienced symptoms (fever, sore throat, cough, shortness of breath) or been around symptomatic people, please let me know ASAP. ☎️

-Bring your own water if needed. 💧

-Put on your mask when you enter the Florence lobby. If you do not have one, I will bring you a cloth mask. We will wear masks at all times. 😷 👍

-The elevators are locked, so text or call when you arrive and I’ll come down to get you. 📱 🏃🏻‍♀️

-I’ll be taking your temperature and have you fill out a COVID-19 intake form before we go up to the 4th floor. 🌡 🖊

-We will both go wash our hands for 20 seconds before we enter the office. 🧼 🖐

-Please use the office hand sanitizer if you touch your face. 🧴

-Pre-pay online on my website (bewellmissoula.com) or use another digital payment method if possible. My Venmo is . 💳

-We will hold off on handshakes and hugs for now. 😔
