How to get MORE out of your Leg Press ⬇️

Did you know changing your foot placement alters the mechanical tension on different muscle groups?

🦶 **Lower Placement:** Increases knee flexion, forcing your quads to do the heavy lifting. Ideal for building that quad sweep.
🦶 **Higher Placement:** Shifts the load to your hips, increasing hip extension and calling on your glutes and hamstrings to drive the weight.

💡 **Pro-Tip:** No matter where your feet are, focus on a controlled negative (eccentric phase) and keep your lower back pressed firmly into the pad to protect your spine.

With a past elbow surgery and working through limited range of motion that doesn’t allow him to extend his left arm fully, this didn’t come easy. A lot of hard work, and being patient with progressive overload to get him stronger.
