Through our Individualized Supported Living services, we provide 24-hour care for individuals with developmental disabilities in a home environment built around their unique needs and goals. Whether it’s help with daily routines, learning life skills, or simply having dependable support close by, our team is there every step of the way.👍

We’re proud to help the individuals we serve live with dignity, stability, and as much independence as possible. 💚

🚒❤️ Our Children’s Program had a blast visiting the Moberly Fire Department ! Our individuals delivered handwritten thank-you letters to our local firefighters and enjoyed an exciting tour of the ambulance and fire truck. Thank you to our community heroes for making this visit so special! 🚑🔥✨

Today, for Say Something Nice Day, staff and individuals were asked to share something kind — and a quick photo was snapped while they shared.

It is so heartwarming to see that the first positive thing that popped into mind were statements about their experiences at ICAN!

A few compliments, encouraging words, and genuine moments turned into a reminder that small kindnesses really do make a difference.

Did you know that ICAN Missouri Foundation is CARF-accredited?

When an organization is CARF accredited, it means they have been carefully reviewed and approved for providing safe, trustworthy, and high-quality services. It also means the organization is committed to treating people with respect, improving their services, and putting the needs of the people they serve first.

To earn accreditation, organizations are evaluated on areas such as:
✅ Quality of services
✅ Leadership and ethical practices
✅ Safety and risk management
✅ Individualized care and support
✅ Staff training and qualifications
✅ Continuous improvement and measurable outcomes

ICAN is thrilled to announce that we have just received our certificate of accreditation through April of 2029, with our initial accreditation beginning in April of 2023. 🥳

We continue to pursue and work to provide the best care for the individuals and families we serve. Being CARF-accredited pushes us as an organization to provide superb care for those we serve. 💚

A very special congratulations to two of our very own staff here at ICAN on their graduations!

Jahmique has graduated high school and has big dreams for his future, with interests such as culinary arts!

Kylee has graduated with an Associate in Applied Science and is continuing her education in Occupational Therapy!

Shoot for the stars, we cannot wait to see where the future takes you both! 😀
