Answering your most common questions!
"My doctor said everything is okay, but I'm still in pain. Could it be my pelvic floor?"
YES. You are not imagining it! Getting a clean bill of health from your doctor is great, but it doesn't always explain WHY you're still hurting. The pelvic floor is often overlooked, and dysfunction there can cause pain that doesn't show up on standard tests or imaging.
If you are still in pain, that is your sign to come see us.

Answering your most common questions! This one we hear a lot after first appointments!
"Is it normal to be sore after Pelvic Floor Therapy?"
Yes! Just like any other muscle in your body, your pelvic floor can feel a little sore after being worked. This is completely normal and usually resolves within 24-48 hours.
It's a sign your body is responding to treatment. That said, if something feels off or more intense than expected, always reach out to us. We're here for you every step of the way.

We are answering your most common questions!!

"Should I test my pelvic floor by stopping my urine flow?"
Please don't! We know this tip is everywhere online, but stopping your urine mid-stream can actually do more harm than good. It confuses the signals between your bladder and your brain and can lead to bigger issues down the road.
Leave the testing to us β€” that's what we're here for!
