I am OBSESSED with our BioCharger! ⚡️

So… what exactly is this thing? 😂 a lot of our members have said it looks like a time machine.

The easiest way to explain it is that the BioCharger is a non-invasive wellness device designed to create an energizing environment using light, frequencies, voltage, and electromagnetic fields. You simply sit near it, relax, and enjoy the session—no needles, no medications, and nothing attached to you.

I’m a lot like Daymond in the sense that I don’t want to invest in something unless I truly believe in it.

When I first started hearing about the BioCharger, I was intrigued—but I needed to hear the experiences, learn more about the technology, and feel confident that it was something I genuinely wanted to bring into OsteoStrong Hillcrest.

After hearing so many incredible testimonials, I finally decided to go for it. And I’m SO glad I did.

Sometimes I think back to 7½ years ago when I brought red light therapy into our center. At the time, I wondered if people would think I was crazy. 😂 Red light therapy definitely wasn’t as mainstream as it is today. Fast-forward to now, and I get messages about red light therapy almost every single day.
That experience taught me something: just because something isn’t mainstream yet doesn’t mean it won’t be.
So I decided not to let the fear of what people might think stop me from bringing something new and exciting to our community.
⚡️ The BioCharger is officially our newest modality at OsteoStrong Hillcrest—and it is simply AMAZING.

Your bones are living tissue—and they respond to the right stimulus. 🦴💪

That’s what makes osteogenic loading at OsteoStrong so unique.

Instead of doing multiple reps through a large range of motion, we position your body in specific, biomechanically strong positions and allow you to safely generate a high level of force for just a few seconds.

The movements are performed in a closed kinetic chain with very little joint movement, which allows you to create significant muscular and skeletal loading without the repetitive impact you might associate with traditional high-impact exercise.

And one of my favorite parts? The biofeedback. You can actually see your force production on the screen, giving you a measurable number to work toward and track over time.

Why does that matter? Bone responds to mechanical loading. When the stimulus is strong enough, it signals the body’s natural bone-remodeling process—including the activity of osteoblasts, the cells responsible for building new bone.

That’s why OsteoStrong isn’t about doing more reps. It’s about creating the right stimulus, in the right position, for a very short amount of time.
