Interesting. Knowing it’s a foot response to an imbalance, one first must be the foot rebalanced and this device doesn’t use elastic but a wind up adjustment that works with your specific need. It proposes to literally pull the toe back into balance and allows the tissues to realign and heal. Huh, I’ll keep an eye on this!

Another sensible solution: it’s about understanding and healing.
She has an offloading “flip flop” that allows the foot to heal. I have an insole that you can add to other shoes that offer similar results. Yes, offload and let it heal. Then strengthen and stretch. Takes a little patience and work but that’s what we have to do.

Not affiliated with this but very good explanation of plantar fasciitis. Seeing a podiatrist IS a good idea. Everyone’s feet and arches are different so understanding YOUR feet is key. Too soft or too hard can yield little to no help. I like what they are saying but haven’t tested their arch supports yet
