✨ I Believe in Miracles Because I Am One ✨

When I was about 20 years old, I was in a car accident that severely injured my back. I discovered that I had scoliosis, and the accident caused spinal discs to rupture and press against my sciatic nerve.

The pain became debilitating. There were times when I couldn’t get out of bed, walk to the restroom, bathe, dress myself, or care for my basic needs without assistance.

Eventually, I underwent spinal fusion surgery, believing it would finally free me from the pain. For a few months, it did—but then the sciatica returned. I was once again living with unbearable pain, relying on medication and receiving epidural injections every three months. The medication was no longer helping, and it was taking a toll on my body and digestive system.

I became desperate for another way.

In 2016, I began researching holistic approaches to healing and pain management. That search led me to Reiki—and I don’t believe it was a coincidence. I believe I was divinely guided to the medicine my soul already recognized.

I took many Reiki classes and other energy modalities, learned to work with healing energy, and began practicing on myself consistently. Over the following year, my life transformed. By 2018, I was walking without pain. I no longer needed pain medication or epidural injections—and to this day, I continue to use energy healing as part of my daily life.

Reiki helped me reconnect with my body, my spirit, and the healing power within me.

I believe in miracles because I am one—but I also believe that we are the miracle. Our bodies speak to us. Our souls guide us. Sometimes, we simply have to become still enough to listen.

The magic, the medicine, and the power had been within me all along. A part of me always knew—I just had to remember. 💜✨

This is my personal healing journey and not a replacement for professional medical care. Every person’s path is different, but I share my story to offer hope and remind others that healing may arrive through doors we never expected.

To remind me of this incredible journey I added a new tattoo in 2016 to my story and it reads, "Our greatest pains become our greatest strengths."

Things I ponder in silence… ⚡️💜🪽👑

I am a truth bearer, and deep within me, I have always known that love is the answer, especially when becoming your truest self.

It feels like an ancient wisdom etched into my DNA—a knowing carried deep within my soul.

No matter the lesson, the heartbreak, the mirror, or the healing… somehow, I always return to the same truth:

Love.

Love for others.
Love through forgiveness.
Love through compassion.
But most importantly, the love we learn to give ourselves.

To keep returning to love. ⚡️💜🪽

Healing is not a destination. It’s a lifelong journey. ❤️‍🩹✨

Life will continue to place us in relationships, friendships, family dynamics, and situations that bring certain wounds and patterns back to the surface—not necessarily to punish us, but to show us where we are still being asked to love ourselves more deeply.

Sometimes the people who hurt us become our greatest mirrors. They reflect back the places where we are still searching outside of ourselves for something we need to learn to give ourselves.
Love.
Validation.
Reassurance.
Acceptance.
Safety.

The feeling of being chosen.
And sometimes that realization hurts.
Even now, I still see patterns coming back around. Different people. Different circumstances. Same lesson underneath.
And instead of asking, “Why is this happening to me again?” I’m learning to ask:
“What is this showing me?”
“What am I looking for in someone else that I need to reach into my own heart and give myself?”
“What part of me is asking to be loved?”

Some people are mirrors. Some are teachers. Some are lessons. Some stay, and some were only meant to walk beside us long enough to show us something about ourselves.
And even when the lesson hurts, I can still say:
Thank you for showing me.
I see it now.
I know what I need to do.
I will show up for myself. 👑⚡️💜🪽🔥
To me, life is like a video game. 😂 Every time we think we’ve mastered one level, another one appears. But we don’t enter that next level empty-handed. We bring everything we learned with us—the wisdom, the boundaries, the strength, the discernment, the self-love.
We collect new tools.
We discover new powers.
We become more of who we were always meant to be.

So maybe the goal was never to become completely “healed.”
Maybe the journey is to keep meeting ourselves at every new level…and choosing to love that version of ourselves a little more deeply than we did before.

Today, I understand the lesson.
Unbecome.
I remember.
I AM becoming.
And once again, I choose me. 👑🫶⚡️💜🪽☀️💫✨

Choose yourself. Love yourself unconditionally as that is the key to learning our lessons ✨as you learn to unbecome️ and progress on your journey to BECOME THE AUTHENTIC YOU.✨️ 👑🫶
