Today we celebrate someone whose light shines far beyond the walls of our gym.

Coach Alyssa has dedicated her heart to empowering kids, encouraging families, and helping others discover what they are truly capable of. Through her kindness, leadership, and unwavering belief in people, she has created a place where children are challenged, supported, and reminded that they can do hard things.

Her passion for helping others grow, her ability to see potential in every child, and her commitment to building confidence and character have impacted countless lives. Whether she’s leading from the front, offering words of encouragement, or celebrating someone’s success, she inspires those around her to become the best version of themselves.
