Pre-Laser Hair Removal Tips:
1. Shave 24 hours before your appointment – avoid waxing, plucking, or threading for at least 4 weeks prior.
2. Skip lotions, oils, and deodorant on the treatment area the day of your session.
3. Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds for 2 weeks before treatment (and use SPF!).
4. Don’t use self-tanner for at least 7 days before your session.
5. Clean, dry skin is best – no makeup, perfume, or skincare products on the area.
6. Wear loose, comfortable clothing to avoid irritation afterward.
7. If you’re prone to sensitivity, you can take an over-the-counter pain reliever about 30 minutes before your appointment (check with your provider first).
