What would happen of the cultural spells that bar us from our freedom, joy, and abundance started to break. Who would we be? What would become possible?
I’m starting a 13-day challenge tomorrow to find out. It’s only $23 if you want to join us.

The 13-Day Spellbound Challenge is a community guided journey for those waking up to the ways we've been bound and hypnotized into obedience. It feels personal. It’s not though.

Many of the struggles we think are personal failures are actually inherited patterns, cultural conditioning, family stories, and unconscious agreements we never knew we made.

This is Spellbound.

The 13-Day Spellbound Challenge is a community guided journey for those waking up to the ways we've been bound and hypnotized into obedience. Through daily mythic teachings, somatic practices, reflective journaling, and small acts of courage, you'll begin to recognize the unconscious "spells" that shape your choices and reconnect with your own inner authority.

We start tomorrow August 17th. It’s only $23.

We all feel a little broken when we don’t fit into a world that doesn't make sense to the soul.

I’m hosting a 13-day challenge starting August 17th and I hope you can join me. The challenge is an invitation to begin seeing those patterns clearly.

You'll leave with:
• A deeper understanding of your own conditioning
• Some somatic skills for recognizing self-sabotage as it happens
• A fresh way of thinking about leadership and authenticity
• An experience of learning inside a supportive relational container

Join the Spellbound 13 Day Challenge for only $23.

What if it isn’t a lack of discipline? What if it's a story?

- What you're allowed to want.
- How visible you're allowed to become.
- How much space you're allowed to take up.

Spellbound was born from years of shrinking and watching brilliant, capable people disappear behind old identities.

If this speaks to you, join the Spellbound 13 Day Challenge for only $23.
We start August 17th on Telegram.

Maybe you don’t need another morning routine, or more confidence. Maybe you need unbinding.

I created Spellbound to finally start talking about the real reasons, we don’t use our gifts in the world, even when we know what they are.

Spellbound is a relational container. It’s live and alive, unfolding in real time. It’s created by a person! Me.

The world needs feminine leadership, we know this, but why does it feel so rare?

We talk about being stuck, but maybe it’s more than that. After my own heartbreak and sabotage in leadership, I started seeing it everywhere.

I created Spellbound after seeing brilliant women self sabotage their leadership over and over.

We are often told that avoiding conflict mean we are avaoindant, that confrontation is the mature response, but I don't think that's always true.

and why this isn't self betrayal.

The woman-to-woman sabotage no one warns you about...

It's usually not gossip. (although that is sometimes a part of it)
It's not obvious competition.
It's that subtle feeling that another woman's success somehow threatens your own.

A prickly feeling when you step forward into the light.

I've seen brilliant women dim their light, criticize another woman, or quietly withdraw. Somewhere along the way they learned there wasn't enough room for all of us.

And the illusion has been part of the hypnotic spell we’re all under.

I don't think this is who we are.
I think it's something we've inherited.

I've been informally studying these hidden patterns in myself and others for years, and they show up differently in different women.

That's exactly why I created the Spellbound Quiz.

Sometimes the pattern you're living inside is invisible until someone helps you see it.

Take the Spellbound Quiz to determine your spellbound type and learn how to undo the spell - https://quiz.tryinteract.com/ #/6981286c6438feab5f1c0ad4

What does true feminine leadership look like?

One of the wisest women I've ever met doesn't have a podcast.
She doesn't have a personal brand.
She isn't trying to become an influencer.

I've had the privilege of translating for her during ceremony. She rarely speaks for long. She doesn't need to.

She listens beneath what people are saying and somehow finds the one thread that changes everything.

Her family quietly builds the fire, prepares the food, and tends the space around her. No one questions whether she's the leader.

Outside her community, almost no one knows her name.

It makes me wonder if we've become so accustomed to equating visibility with leadership that we've forgotten how to recognize wisdom when it isn't asking to be seen.
