Greek Yogurt "Cookie Dough" Power Bites 🍪
No-bake, no guilt, all flavor.
Ingredients:
½ cup plain Greek yogurt (strained thick, or use Greek yogurt powder)
¼ cup natural almond butter
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp raw honey or monk fruit sweetener (optional)
2 tbsp unsweetened cacao nibs or dark chocolate chips (85%+)
2 tbsp rolled oats or almond flour
Pinch of cinnamon
How to make:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until a thick dough forms.
Roll into 8–10 small balls.
Chill for 15 minutes or freeze for 5 for a firmer bite.
Why it works: ~5g protein per bite, healthy fats from almond butter, and chia seeds provide sustained energy without spiking blood sugar.
