Our friends at NAWS will remember him! 🥹🐶

Yoda was the longest-staying rescue at NAWS last year, and he stole all of our hearts when he joined us as the guest of honor at our Starry Night Market. 🌟✨

And guess what?! That very market was where Yoda found his FUREVER HOME! 🏡❤️
We couldn't have dreamed up a happier ending for this sweet boy! But wait… there's more! 🐾 Did you know Yoda has his VERY OWN Instagram?! 😍

Friends, today we're talking about one of my favorite natural staples and a HUGE go-to in my house for SO many reasons! 🙌💚

One ingredient. All-natural. So many possibilities. Sometimes, the simplest things in nature deserve a little more attention!

🌱 Here are some of the ways castor oil can fit into your natural wellness routine:

💆‍♀️ Hair & Scalp Care: Rich in fatty acids, castor oil helps moisturize the scalp and condition dry, brittle hair. Many claim it may help with hair growth & can help your hair feel softer and look healthier.

✨ Face & Fine Lines: Looking for a simple addition to your skincare routine? Castor oil helps lock in moisture, soften dry skin, and give your face a healthy-looking glow. Hydrated skin can make the appearance of fine lines less noticeable!

👉I love using caster oil with a gua sha tool on my face at night for extra lifting & for a lil love on the wrinkles & puffy eyes especially with my fall allergies

🫶 Abdominal Massage: This is a popular traditional use! Applying castor oil to your abdomen (inside your belly button too!) and gently massaging it into your skin can provide a soothing self-care ritual. Today is a reminder that mental health is HEALTH. Period. 💚

Behind every smile, every busy schedule, every person who says “I'm fine,” there may be a struggle nobody else can see.

Sometimes, the strongest thing you can do is ask for help. Sometimes, it's simply getting out of bed, taking a deep breath, stepping outside into nature, or giving yourself permission to rest. And sometimes, it's being the person who checks in on someone else. 🫶

At SunKissed Greenz, wellness has always meant more than what's in a bottle. It's about caring for the WHOLE person — mind, body, and spirit. It's about creating a space where people feel welcomed, heard, and supported without judgment.

🌱 Take that walk.
💚 Make that phone call.
🫶 Check on your people.
