We are growing to serve the community needs, please visit our website at www.tpqc.org The Project of the Quad Cities is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community based organization that was established in 1986 to provide services to those at risk of contracting, affected by or living with STI/HIV/AIDS. It is with this mission in mind and our community's best interest at heart, that we provide education, prevention services, and assistance to our clients. We will continue to work diligently to provide education and intervention services to our community, as the rates in TPQC's service area indicate that HIV is not just a "big city" problem.

💎💚Join us at Red Ribbon Ball: Return to Emerald City!💎💚

As The Project's 40th Anniversary year comes to a close, we're finishing off our Wizard of Oz Theme by returning to Emerald City.

Just like Dorothy in Oz, we've come a long way down the road since 1986, and here we are in 2026 at Emerald City.

The journey isn't over yet, and there's always more work to be done, but we're glad to be here with all of you in Emerald City!

Celebrating our 40th anniversary means celebrating 40 years of the community that got us here! Without our community partners by our side every step of the way, The Project couldn't provide affirming health care and supportive services that promote well-being.

Today we're celebrating with AKWAABA QC with Ouro-Agoro! The Project is dedicated to health justice and equity in our community, and partners like The MLK Center allow us to work with real people every day to make a difference in everyone's health.
