Did you remember to check on any medication refills?
Another holiday is quickly approaching, please check on medications and if your child may need a refill. We will not be able to refill any medications September 5th through September 7th. Please call our office 72 hours in advance for all medication requests, we recommend 7 days to avoid unforeseen delays. Call us at 309-797-5437 and follow the prompts for medication refill requests. Please provide the name of the medication, dosage, provider and pharmacy!
Our phones are on 8 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday and will vary at holiday times!

How can we help your child?

Our Sick Clinic is available Monday thru Friday 8 am to 9:45 am for established sick patients over the age of 2 months with acute symptoms.
You no longer have to wait around until office hours to book an appointment. You can use one of our self-scheduling links to reserve your time now!

If your child is in need of an appointment for a chronic illness, ER follow-up or in need of a medication refill, you will need to contact our office Monday thru Friday between 8 am to 1 pm or 2pm to 4 pm. As always, if you are in need of immediate attention call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Appointment requests are monitored Monday thru Friday 8 am to 4 pm CST during normal business hours, requests will not be monitored on Saturday or Sunday, and may vary during holiday or office closures.

Medication Refill Tips!

Please check on medications and if your child may need a refill. You need to call our office 72 hours in advance for all medication requests, we recommend 7 days to avoid unforeseen delays. Call us at 309-797-5437 and follow the prompts for medication refill requests. Please provide the name of the medication, dosage and pharmacy.
If you signed up for the Follow My Health portal you can save time and send those refills through the portal. Our phones are on from 8 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 4 pm Monday through Friday. Any requests or messages sent or left outside of these hours will not be reviewed until the next business day.

If your matter is urgent call the office at 309-797-5437 and follow the prompts to reach our on-call provider or call 911 in all emergency situations.
