Annual well visits are recommended for all children once they reach the age of 3. Well-child visits are essential for many reasons; tracking growth and development, discuss concerns with behavior, sleep or eating and getting scheduled vaccines to prevent illnesses like measles and whopping cough and other serious diseases.

Our Sick Walk-In Clinic is available Monday thru Friday 8 am to 9:45 am for established sick patients over the age of 2 months with acute symptoms.

If your child is in need of an appointment for a chronic illness, ER follow-up or in need of a medication refill, you will need to contact our office Monday thru Friday between 8 am to 1 pm or 2pm to 4:30 pm. As always, if you are in need of immediate attention call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Appointment requests are monitored Monday thru Friday 8 am to 4 pm CST during normal business hours, requests will not be monitored on Saturday or Sunday, and may vary during holiday or office closures.

Please note that we do not process medication refills on weekends. We require a minimum of 48 business hours for all refill requests; however, we strongly recommend requesting refills at least 7 days in advance to avoid any unforeseen delays.
To request a refill, please call 309‑797‑5437 and follow the prompts for medication refills. Be sure to have the following information ready:
