🌀UPDATE 🌀

Hurricane Isaias has other plans, so we do too! Mocktails & Metabolism is going ZOOM tomorrow at 4:00 PM instead of in-person.

Sisterhood doesn't get canceled by weather. 🌧️➡️💻

If you're already registered: Check your text messages—I've sent all the details there. Zoom link + everything you need by 3 PM.

If you HAVEN'T registered yet: This is your sign!

Virtual means no commute, no weather worries, just you + real women + real drinks from your couch.

Real women. Real drinks. Real community. Even from home.

See you tomorrow!

Last night I got to share a piece of how I keep a healthy bottom line, and I’m still feeling it. Standing up there with the mic, I had that “feels good” feeling all the way through. Sharing the gift of health, connecting with people, and building alongside my community is one of my happy places.

The room was engaged. Heads nodding, people laughing, eyes on the screen. That kind of attention tells me what I’m sharing is hitting home and resonating.

It feels good to be back making some sourdough!

Making some for our Mocktails & Metabolism gathering on Saturday.

I am also making some for the crew because they are ready to enjoy everything bagel sourdough bread. 😋

🌱 It’s World Vegetarian Day!

It’s whole-food, plant-based nutrition from 30+ fruits, veggies, and berries. No pills full of synthetic stuff, no complicated routine. It just helps fill the gap between what we should eat and what we actually eat. We still eat our colorful plates like this one, but on the busy days we’ve got backup.

Curious what it is? 🤔
Drop a 🍓 in the comments and I’ll send you the details.

So I did a thing. 👀

Bread Different has a logo — and I need YOUR vote.

Real quick — why Bread Different? Because this bread ain’t made by a machine or rushed by a clock. It’s wild-fermented, hand-shaped, and born from a season of learning that you can’t skip the hard parts and expect something whole on the other side.

Just like faith. Just like us. 🙏🏾
