A little Thanksgiving tip to tuck away for next year:

If you don’t have time to make broth, freeze the turkey carcass + leftover veggies.
Later, turn it into a deep, rich soup with just soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and whatever greens survived the week.
Simple, resourceful, and honestly… kind of healing.

Recipe ↓
Fridge-Cleanout Turkey Broth
• Frozen turkey bones
• Leftover roasted veggies
• Soy sauce
• Ginger
• Garlic
• Bok choy or any leafy greens

Simmer 1–2 hours → strain → add greens + season → done.
