🌿💚 **LESS STRESS, MORE SMILES!** 💚🌿

At Seacrest, we believe that listening to our residents is one of the best ways to create meaningful experiences!

Recently, some of our residents expressed an interest in learning more about stress management techniques. So, we reached out to our wonderful partners at Carease, and they jumped at the opportunity to help! 💚

Carease joined us for a special **Stress Management Workshop for Those Who Live & Work in Long-Term Care**, providing valuable education, practical coping strategies, and helpful insight for both our residents and staff.

And because a little kindness can go a long way in brightening someone's day, they even treated everyone who attended to a special treat! 🍬✨

A HUGE thank-you to Carease for taking the time to educate, encourage, and support our Seacrest family! We are so grateful for community partners who listen to the needs of our residents and help us turn their requests into meaningful opportunities for learning and connection. 💕
