Play, joy, and love are biological necessities. 🧬

The emerging science of epigenetics shows that your environment, your emotions, and your relationships can switch genes on and off, regulating everything from inflammation to immune function to how fast you age.

Your nervous system was designed for love and belonging, and when you deprive it of that, everything downstream suffers — your hormones, your immunity, your brain, your longevity.

Think of joy, connection, and play as part of your health stack; just as essential as what you eat, how you move, and how you sleep.

So laugh more, love deeply, and stop treating joy like something you have to earn after all the “real” health stuff is done.

It IS the real health stuff.

The day is fully planned with the most amazing precious teachings, practices and rituals one could want and need to nurture growth and healing with love guiding our way. If you’ve been considering joining us maybe the menu will finally convince you. However I do need to know today🙏🏽

MORNING AND THROUGHOUT
-fresh fruit and or fresh fruit smoothies
-V, GF, dairy free and egg free Protein power balls
-Hibiscus tea…. Iced or hot Lightly sweetened with honey
-Hibiscus sparkling water

LUNCH
-Sweet and spicy brown rice side dish with assortment of Hawaiian flavors V, GF, Egg free
-Hawaiian Style Chicken GF, Egg free
-Hawaiian salad with honey lime dressing. V, GF, Egg free
-Banana Meat side dish. V, GF, Egg free
- Sesame Tofu

DESSERT
Haupia: Frozen Hawaiian coconut pudding with optional cacao nibs, macadamias, pineapple, coconut flake fixings. Lightly sweetened with maple syrup V, GF, Egg free
