Get healthy…Before and after… while everyone else is looking at silly videos or are stuck on politics. I’ve been doing research reading studies, metta analysis of studies, becoming a scientist of my own body. I was told that I had a genetic position that had high cholesterol thanks to the research that I’ve read making an intelligent decision based on the data I was able to get my blood markers to a very healthy level through diligence working properly consistently intelligently not listening to YouTube hype or “they said this does this” who the f**k are they? The only way you know if anything really works is through RCTs and even then you’re still making an educated guest and mechanisms are not outcomes. one thing that really helped me is whenever I had an idea or a theory first thing I did was check to see if I got emotional so right then I need to detach and instead of trying to prove my theory right I try to prove it wrong. This way I see both sides of it and I’m not biased… get healthy. It feels f**king good.

A lot of people want some magic button some three step hack for everything. There’s no shortcuts and why would you want one anyway? There’s no honor in that there’s no satisfaction on that. “The stuff that works is not sexy and it doesn’t sell” Being able to control your mind to do repetitions after repetitions. It’s not boring. It takes mastery of the mind to not react to the boredom your mind is trying to get you to experience so you quit, like my boxing trainer Sharaff used to say “tell your mind I’m in charge not you. We’re doing this till I say no.”

I know its not politics and it’s not going to get the adrenaline going or make you feel self righteous or validated but I donated a whole day of sweat perseverance fortitude enthusiasm and effort to raise money for rare cancers including a vaccine for pancreatic cancer the disease that took my mother’s life from me. The human life is so valuable. Take all that energy you put into posting that isn’t going to change anything and put it into something worth while you can change… Cycle for Survival

I failed my final audition to be a cycle instructor at I trained work shopped kept my head up passed the second time through… fast forward 3 years later I’m a lead instructor Rockin out for a great cause…truly humbled by the opportunity.
