Eat Breakfast EVERYDAY then eat a sensible lunch, then a healthy low fat dinner - plus two healthy snacks in between meals. Don't forget to have 6 servings of fruit every day, 6 servings of vegetables every day, stay away from lots of fat, sugar, salt and carbs. Get your protein and DRINK lots and LOTS of water....or just use the Arbonne Weight Loss system.
