Something new is taking flight.

Dragonfly Method is growing into a new chapter, with two new weekly classes at Southlake Recreation Center:

Tuesdays • 7–8 PM
Fridays • 7:30–8:30 AM

Don’t worry: Thursday Dynamic Dragonfly Yoga + Social at Montclair Country Club continues Thursdays at 6 PM, just as it has. Deck yoga will also continue when weather permits.

🌧️ A little change of plans for Sunset Yoga tomorrow! 🧘‍♀️

With rain in the forecast, we’re moving Sunset Yoga indoors so we can still gather, move, breathe, and unwind together.

Same beautiful evening practice, just with a roof over our heads. 💙

If you’ve been thinking about joining us, this is a great opportunity to come practice with your neighbors. All levels are welcome!

Attention Montclairions! The location for tomorrow evening's Sunset Yoga event has been changed due to inclement weather. We will now be meeting at the MPOA Office (3561 Waterway Drive). We hope that you'll join us for an evening of community and tranquility.

One of my favorite parts of traveling is experiencing yoga in different places. This trip took me from the vibrant energy of London to the quiet countryside of the Cotswolds, a wonderful contrast that reminded me how differently a practice can feel depending on the space around you.

The photos here are all from the Cotswolds, where morning practice came with rolling fields, winding country roads, and views that made it easy to slow down and take a breath.

Whether I’m practicing at home, teaching class, or stepping into a studio halfway across the world, the reasons remain the same:

To move.
To breathe.
To create space to simply be.

I’m looking forward to getting back to classes and reconnecting with everyone over the coming weeks.

I may also have a few schedule updates and some exciting opportunities to share soon, so stay tuned.

Looking forward to this Friday’s sunset yoga session.

Cultivating a sense of community is at the heart of what I do.

One of my favorite things about Montclair is the opportunity to bring neighbors together—to move, breathe, connect, and simply enjoy this beautiful place we get to call home.

I look forward to seeing you on the mat, watching the sun set, and enjoying another beautiful evening together

Unwind, stretch, and soak in the sunset at Sunset Yoga! Join us this Friday from 7:30-8:30 PM at Dolphin Beach for an evening yoga session by the lake designed to help you relax, recharge, and reset. Whether you’re a yoga regular or brand new to the mat, our instructors will create a welcoming and easygoing experience for all skill levels.
And the fun doesn’t end when class does! Stick around afterward to BYOB, mingle with neighbors, and enjoy good vibes, beautiful lake views, and great company as the sun goes down.
Please note that a valid recreation pass is required to attend this event. Limit two guests per pass. No pets are permitted at MPOA events.
